So as most of you would have heard by now, the newest game to hit Xbox, PS3 and other popular gaming consoles created by Activision, DJ HERO is here. Im not really sure what to think of it yet, but i guess it can't be hated on until it's tried.. and after all it is just a game! Check out the promo trailers for it, pretty cool if you ask me.

This game along with the other Hero's is just simplifying music to such a basic level that its accessible to all. Sure it's not a bad thing, but I think the passion and skill from actually DJing is ripped out with games like these, with a purely commercial intent. Same goes for Guitar Hero if you truly want to play gitar, buy one. If you want to DJ buy a simple set to get going, these games are like masturbation to the real fucking thing.
